Accounting-Office Manager Position

Duo Building is a progressive and innovative General Contracting firm looking to fill an Intermediate Bookkeeping/ Accounting position to help grow the business. We have 28 employees and treat our employees like family. We offer competitive wages, profit sharing, and benefits. This position directly reports to the owner and is considered an integral part of the management team.

Responsibilities

• Intermediate bookkeeping/ accounting including forecasting
• Financial reporting
• Accounts receivable/Payable
• Office management
• Month-end reports
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing work in progress of up to 35 jobs at a time
• General office duties

Qualifications

• Intermediate to Advanced Word/Excel/Outlook and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of ACCPAC
• 3-4 years Accounting/bookkeeping experience plus up-to-date accounting courses
• College diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Customer service Skills
• Strong Communication abilities
CONSTRUCTION DESIGN EXPOSURE
• Ability to prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines
• Maintain a professional demeanor, keeping confidentiality and using good discretion
• Team player
